Disruptions in the user account system

Until Friday March 16:

• Self-service user account is not available, for example resetting passwords. (To reset a password, please contact/visit IT Helpdesk.)
• Account creation and activation cannot be performed.
• Distribution lists for students may be incomplete and should not be used.
• Pingpong - interference may occur.
• The Photo boots cannot be used.

Until Wednesday March 21:
