The ceremony will take place during the week of the Academic Ceremony in October.

Region Norrbotten is the latest region to sign the letter of intent.“We have a significant shortage of dentists. Therefore this cooperation is very important for us,” says Maria Pettersson, head of operations at Folktandvården in Region Norrbotten.

  • Preschool teacher education starts up at Ljungby

Students will start the three and half year long programme at Campus Ljungby from Autumn 2022.

  • Study on gender-based vulnerability and sexual harassment in academia


    Jönköping University (JU) has participated in a study on gender-based vulnerability and sexual harassment in academia. The study was conducted at universities in Sweden in the spring of 2021 and is the first of its kind in Sweden. Approximately 39,000 employees, students, and doctoral students at 38 higher education institutions responded to the study. The result for JU, as well as for the sector, show shortcomings in the study and work environment, which is why JU now intensify its efforts to improve behaviors and norms.

  • Jönköping University to run Swedish Institute’s new sustainability programme for international executives


    Jönköping International Business School (JIBS) at Jönköping University has, for the first time, received funding from Svenska Institutet (SI) to run a new executive education course in Accountability for Sustainability. The course will be held during the spring and summer of 2022 and is aimed at leaders of public sector organizations in Kenya, Kosovo, Ukraine, Sweden, and Zambia.
