Peter Johansson’s research interest is digitalization in the Built Environment. Sustainability has been the goal of his research and especially social sustainability. He has been a part of developing frameworks for simulation-based multi-criteria optimization and frameworks for combining simulations with Post Occupancy Evaluation (POE) to produce evidence using evidence-based design (EBD)as the base, Reference Model for combined design and production planning and Product Data Templates (PDT, EPD, DPP…). His research has more and more focused on Knowledge Graphs and Semantic Web applications
