Jun Xiao

Jun Xiao is an assistant professor in Business Administration at Jönköping International Business School (JIBS). She received her PhD from the Rotterdam School of Management, Netherlands. Her research interests include how people strategise, innovate, and coordinate within novel forms of organizing with the aims of advancing organizational theory. A qualitative researcher, Jun’s work has been presented at conferences including the Academy of Management Annual Meeting, EGOS and PROS. Prior to joining JIBS, Jun was an assistant professor at NEOMA Business School and has also been a visiting researcher at INSEAD.
