One area that I have been researching is model averaging. This technique involves considering multiple models or methods and then combining them to produce more accurate and robust methods for estimating the causal effect. In the second phase of my research, I focus on developing robust methods for estimating causal effects by distinguishing between valid and invalid instruments. In my previous work, I developed some penalized methods for handling data with multicollinearity, outliers, and heteroscedasticity.
