Associate Professor
Change your information Mattias Jacobsson (PhD) is an Associate Professor of Management and Organization working part time as a Researcher at the School of Engineering, Jönköping University, Sweden. His main research focus is projects, practice, and digitalization of the construction industry. On four occasions, he has been a prize winner at the Emerald Literati Network Awards for Excellence. Two years in a row (2022 and 2023) he was also awarded the Rod Howes Award for best conference article at ARCOM (Association of Researchers in Construction Management). Jacobsson is also a Pedagogical prize winner and appointed as Distinguished teacher.
His work has been published in a large number of journals, including Engineering, Construction and Architectural Management, Business Horizons, Management Decision, Project Management Journal®, Services Marketing Quarterly, International Journal of Project Management, Creativity and Innovation Management, the International Journal of Managing Projects in Business, and Construction Management and Economics.
