Lectures by Honorary Doctors 2014

On Friday 26 September the university's three new honorary doctors will give open lectures. All lectures will be given in English and are open for anyone interested. Welcome!

John Elliott , Professor Emeritus at the University of East Anglia, UK, will lecture on The role of theory in developing teaching as an ethical practice

Maureen Kilkenny , Honorary Professor at the University of Minnesota, USA, will lecture on New Questions Motivating Future Regional Development

Urban Bäckström , former Governor of the Swedish Riksbank and former Vice Chairman of the Board of NASDAQ OMX, will lecture on Financial cycles will remain a key challenge for policymakers
