Erika Falk is working at Falks Metall, a family owned business located in Gnosjö, Sweden.
Falks Metall manufactures turned and milled parts with small tolerances in small and large volumes. In the 7,500 square meters plant, the company have built up a world-class production where technology and competence development are continuously implemented striving for zero defects.
Erika is a fourth generation family member working in the family business.
Erika holds a certificate in Family Business Management – 15 credits Jönköping International Business School, Class of 2021.
