Swedish Tax Agency to visit JU

The Swedish Tax Agency will be visiting JU between the 3-5 September to meet international students who wish to apply for a Swedish ID number.

International students who will be studying in Sweden for more than 12 months and wish to apply for a Swedish ID number (personnummer) can meet representatives of the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket) in B3008 on the 3rd floor of JIBS at the following times:

Monday 3rd September: 09:00-12:00 and 13:00-16:30

Tuesday 4th September: 09:00-12:00 and 13:00-16:00

Wednesday 5th September: 09:00-12:00 and 13:00-16:00

During these days, students will be able to hand in their applications directly to the tax agency representatives.

Before you arrive, you need to have done the following:

• printed out an application form using the 'Move to Sweden' service on the agency's website.
• brought with you documents as proof of the information you have given in the application.
