Smoking by the A-building/JIBS

Do you smoke in the courtyard by the A-building/JIBS? Please avoid standing next to the air ventilation.

The large white columns in the courtyard by the A-building/JIBS (see picture below) is for air ventilation. When smoking, smoke travels inside the offices and lecture halls at JIBS.
